A new navigation that fits the way you work
The new navigation makes it easier for you to find your way around the growing range of features in PerfectGym next. Decide yourself which areas stay directly accessible and arrange them to suit the way you work. You find all other areas under "More". This gives you a clearer, more personal workspace, and you find the features you need faster. During the transition phase, you can still switch back to the previous navigation.
Automatic archiving and anonymization of employee data
After an employee has been deactivated, PerfectGym next automatically archives and anonymizes the employee data once a configurable retention period has passed. This reduces manual effort and supports data protection.
Booking rules based on the member rate
Set different lead times for appointment bookings depending on the member rate. For example, standard members can book seven days in advance, while premium members can book 14 days in advance.
Document preview in the member profile
You can now preview documents directly in the "Documents" tab of the member profile, without having to download the file first to check details. The preview works for PDF, JPEG and PNG files; other formats still require a download.
The preview is available to everyone who has the "Manage documents" permission with view access. Downloading now requires the separate "Download documents" permission, so studios can decide independently who may only view files and who may also download them.
Contract start date selection on studio pages
Members who sign up via studio pages can now choose their contract start date themselves at checkout, instead of it being set to the current date automatically. The date picker is prefilled with the current date, but the member can select a date in the future. If a rate has a fixed start date, that date is shown as plain text instead.
The function can be activated individually for each studio page, so studios decide for themselves where it is used.
Create tasks for several members at once
Create the same task for several members directly from the member list. This saves time when your team needs to contact or follow up with a larger group of members.
Task-based filters for member lists
You can now also filter member lists by task properties: status, execution type, assignee (employee or competency group) and due date. You can combine these filters with your existing ones. This lets you create lists such as "members with an open call task assigned to a specific employee".
Manually extend course series
To plan your classes for the coming years even faster, you can now extend course series manually. The function uses your previous classes as a template to fill in the data in the class scheduler.
Minor adjustments

- Export member lists without sensitive data

- Training durations of more than 59 minutes in exercises (Learn more in our Help Center)
- Cancel all active member care flows in one go (Learn more in our Help Center)
