Facebook Messenger as a chatbot channel for members
The member chatbot now supports Facebook Messenger as a conversation channel, in addition to the app, web widget, and WhatsApp. This allows you to reach members where they already are.

Instagram DMs as a chatbot channel for members
The member chatbot now supports Instagram Direct Messages as a conversation channel, in addition to the app, web widget, and WhatsApp, and reaches members on the social platforms they use every day.

Studio-specific context and guidelines in the chatbot
Operators can now configure the member chatbot for each studio with their own guidelines and factual studio information, replacing the global free-text prompt. This enables precisely tailored, brand-compliant chatbot behaviour for each location and makes rollout across multiple locations possible.

Support for teaser messages and suggested actions in PerfectAI Chat
PerfectAI Chat can now welcome members with a teaser message and offer suggested actions. This makes it easier for members to start a conversation and find the right answer more quickly.

Access restrictions based on user data
Access control can now automatically restrict members’ access when defined conditions are met: if the SEPA mandate is invalid and a new one is therefore required, or if mandatory contact details are missing, such as address or contact information. This gives studios system-driven protection for compliance and data quality without manual checks.
How to configure access restrictions
Import leads from CSV or Excel files
You can now create multiple leads in one step by uploading a file under Leads / Generation / Lead import. To do this, download the CSV or XLSX template, fill it with your lead data, for example from campaigns, and upload it. After the import, you will receive a results overview and an error report explaining why individual records could not be created.

Conditional attachments in contract documents
You can now specify when an attachment is included in a contract document. For each attachment, choose whether it is always attached or only when a selected condition is met. This allows you to use one plan and one contract document for different closing scenarios, for example by adding the attachment for the legal representative only for underage members. Existing attachments have no condition, so your contracts will be created exactly as before.

New “Security Center” section under Resources
The new Security Center under “Resources” now contains two-factor authentication and the login monitor, both of which were moved from the “Staff” section. The login monitor and the view of login sessions in staff profiles also have a redesigned user interface. The functionality remains unchanged.
