How to set up a combined discount voucher:

Go to Settings / Vouchers
Create a new voucher configuration (type "Discount" or "Fee-split")

Benefits of combined discount vouchers

This feature allows you to assign different discounts for rates, modules, and flat fees within a single voucher configuration for the first time. This enables:

Maximum flexibility in designing your offers
Targeted discounts for different contract components
Combination of contribution split and percentage/fixed discounts
Individual durations per discount type

Example: You can configure one voucher to give a 10% discount on the rate, €5 discount on a module, and one month free as a bonus period.

Configure discounts for rates

In the configuration, you can:

Add one or more rates
For each rate, define:
- Contract term
- Payment frequency
- Discount (percentage or fixed)
- Effective period: unlimited, only for the initial term, or custom
- Bonus period and starter package discount

Example: Rate with €50/month → 50% fee split + 10% discount → member fee: €20, company share: €20

Configure discounts for modules

You can also define individual discounts for modules:

Select the module and payment frequency
Choose company share:
- No share
- Same share as main contract
- Custom share (fixed or percentage)
Effective period and bonus time similar to rates

Note: For one-time payments, no effective or bonus periods can be selected – only a discount amount.

Configure discounts for flat fees

Flat fees can be configured similarly to modules:

Select the flat fee and payment frequency
Company share: none, same as main contract, or custom
Discount: fixed or percentage
Configurable effective period (except for one-time payments) and bonus time

Add bonus periods

You can grant new and existing members a contribution-free period when redeeming a voucher:

Start or end of contract as starting point
With or without contract extension
Duration (e.g. "3 months free")

Voucher durations and redemption conditions

Define individual durations for each discount type:

Offering period: when the configuration is active
Redemption period: when the code can be redeemed
Effective period: how long the discount applies after redemption (time- or fee-based)
Redemption eligibility: for new contracts, existing ones, or both

Example: A voucher can be valid for 3 months and discount exactly 3 monthly fees – regardless of whether payments are made weekly or monthly.
