What are the benefits of display profiles?
Display profiles allow you to selectively hide or show specific areas and elements within the system software. This helps make the user interface more streamlined for you and your team. It’s particularly helpful when certain features, such as time tracking, are not in use.
A cleaner interface ensures that your employees can navigate the system faster and focus on the features that matter most to them.
Which areas or elements can be customised?
With display profiles, you can:
- Decide which menu items or features are visible to you and your team.
- Hide unnecessary areas like “Time Tracking” or “Member App”.
Important: Hiding a section only affects its visibility in the system, not its functionality outside the software (e.g., the Member App remains available to members).
How can you configure display profiles?

Navigate to Settings / Studio / Display Profiles in the system. -
