More / Resources / Employees / Roles
General
Your employees have certain tasks and qualifications, so they should only be allowed to see the information that is relevant to them. To make sure that only you can change important settings and not everyone has access to sensitive data, you can assign everyone a special role. We have already preconfigured some typical roles for your studio, which you can view in the main menu under Resources / Employees / Roles.
Our preconfigured roles are
-
COUNTER
The counter role is for the employee at the counter. The check-in and all important functions around the support of the studio members in the active studio operation are unlocked. This means that the counter is allowed to operate the cash register, manage appointments, book payments and, of course, sign new contracts with your members or prospects. This role has no access to your financial data and cannot see, for example, how much revenue your studio makes and it cannot perform financial transactions. -
OFFICE
The Office role is for the clerks who help you manage your studio. This role is allowed to do everything that the counter is allowed to do. In addition, it can also carry out financial transactions, i.e. start direct debit runs and receivables transfers, initiate dunning runs or post returned debit notes. Also the administration of your tariffs and contracts or the products and commodity groups are accessible for this role. -
ADMIN
The admin is the role that has unlimited rights. In this role you may also create new users and passwords, edit site permissions or adjust the master data of the studio. -
READONLY
The Readonly role, does not allow this user any editing, but only read-only access to the Perfect Gym Next.
Create your own roles
You don't have the right role for your employees? No problem. For your special use case you can easily configure your own. To do this, go to Resources, select Employees, then Roles and, in the upper right-hand corner, Add Role. As a template, you should select a role that comes as close as possible to your desired requirements.
TIP: For example, if you want to create a counter employee in the system who is not allowed to operate the cash register, simply select the counter as a template and remove the rights for the cash register.
