When you check in a member using the check-in view, the Check-in dialog appears. Here you will find a compact overview of all relevant information of the member you want to see during check-in.
What can I see and edit in the check-in dialog?
In the left area you can see the master data of your member. In addition to a large photo, you can also directly assign the key number for the visit. Below that you have a display for the member status information - so a very important compilation that gives you hints for the check-in. Is it the member's birthday and I should congratulate? Are there any outstanding debts that I should address to the member? The master data is rounded off by contracts, additional modules and codes of the member.
In the central area, you have a direct overview of the member's financial situation. What is the account balance? Does the member still have consumption credits or open "pay later" receivables?
Below that, you will find the familiar components from the member details page: current appointments, available services, tasks and notes. With the help of this information, you can notify the member of appointments or process open tasks as soon as they check in.
Depending on the existing contract or day ticket, you will see the options for checking in the member at the very bottom and can use them to end the dialog and welcome your member to the studio.
