What is the check-in limit? Is it good for?
To be able to technically ensure possible restrictions in your studio, you can set a maximum number of members in your studio in the configuration of your access control.
This setting will be checked during manual check-in as well as during automated access control.
Configuration of the check-in limit
To set the limit for your studio, you have to go to the menu item Settings / Access control / General (check-in). There you will find the tile for the check-in limitation. Then select the option Edit check-in limit via the three-dot menu.
In the pop up window you have to activatecheck-in limitation. After that, here you can enter the desired number of customers that are allowed for your studio. With Save you accept the configuration, which is then immediately active.
With the configuration visible here, 5 people could go through the automatic access control at the same time.
Important:

If your members check in via an automatic check-in, the members must also be checked out of the system. As long as you also use a reader for check-out, there is no problem here. If this is not the case, you have to check out your members manually via the PerfectGym Next check-in or configure the automatic check-out.

If your employees are also created as members in the software and check in with their transponder, they also count as customers in the studio. Please take this into account when calculating the number of possible customers.
Use in manual check-in
In the check-in of your PerfectGym Next you can check in members manually. If you don't use a check-in via transponder in your studio, you can do the check-in at the counter.
As soon as the maximum number of customers is reached, you will see a corresponding warning in the check-in window.
If you think there are important reasons to check in this customer anyway, you can do this by clicking the'Check in anyway' button. Normally the customer should be rejected here.
Important: Please do not forget to check out your customers from the software when leaving the studio, in order to keep track of the number of customers at any time.
Of course, you can also see the current number of members in your studio at any time in the upper area.
Use in automatic check-in
The check-in limit is of course also checked in the automatic check-in via devices. If a member wants to check in with his transponder and the maximum number would be exceeded, the check-in will be rejected and the member will not be checked in. A turnstile or door controlled by the check-in would therefore not open.
If your device has a display, we will show a corresponding error message.
