Once you have submitted your brand configuration, you have done most of the work for your branded website and branded app. Only small steps are missing before you can get started with your products. Here you can find out which steps follow.
1. Validation of your data
First, we carefully check all the information you provide. This ensures that everything is correct and complete so that the process runs smoothly. Your data must be compliant with Apple and Google specifications.
2. Receiving your DNS records
As soon as the preparations are complete, you will receive DNS records from us, which you must register with your website provider. You can find detailed instructions here.
3. Automatic check of the DNS entries
As soon as you have set the entries, we will automatically check whether everything has been set up correctly.
4. Publication of your branded website
If everything is correct, your branded website will automatically go live. The status will then change on your overview page, and you will find the link to your branded website directly there.
5. Development of your branded app
With the information from your configuration, we will start the development of your individual branded app. As this process still involves manual steps, it may take some time.
6. Get your test links
As soon as your test app is ready, you will receive links from us for final testing and approval from our Support team.
7. Release of the branded app in the stores
After your confirmation, we will publish your app in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We will do the work and give you the release date in advance. You are not allowed to carry out this step yourself.
