Why is configuring App Store screens important?
This feature allows you to actively shape how your branded app appears in the Apple and Google App Stores. Instead of using automatically generated screens, you can choose content that best represents your studio and offerings. This improves the first impression and increases your chances of gaining new members.
Where can I find this feature in my System?
You can access this setting via the Brand Configurator. Open the “App Store Screens” tab. Here you’ll see all currently active screens. By default, all five screens are enabled. You can edit or deactivate each screen individually. Please note: at least two screens are mandatory – otherwise, your app will not be approved.
Which sections can be customized?
You can customize the following five screen types:
1. Home Screen
Editable content:
- Title and subtitle
- Username (e.g., Max)
- Course name (e.g., Yoga Class)
- Training plan name and image (1:1 format)
- Title of current studio news
2. Appointments Screen
Editable content:
- Title and subtitle
- Two appointments with:
- Name
- Image (.png or .jpg, 16:9)
- Label (e.g., “Personal Training”)
3. Courses Screen
Up to four course names, for example:
- Full-Body Workout
- Yoga
- HIIT
- Indoor Cycling
4. Training Screen
Editable content:
- Title and subtitle
- Training plan name and image (16:9) in .png or .jpg format
- Name of the workout
5. Self-Service Screen
Editable content:
- Title
- Subtitle
Image formats: Only .jpg or .png files are allowed. You’ll find the exact dimensions directly in the editor.
What should I keep in mind while editing?
- Only display content that also appears in the app – otherwise, it might be rejected during the app review process.
- Changes become visible with the next app release (every two weeks).
- Screens can be activated or deactivated.
- Character limits are shown in the editor. If exceeded, a red border will appear.
