Create a compliant cash register
- Beforehand, you must enter the SIREN, SIRET, and APE group of your facility. Go to: Settings > Club > Operating company. In the Tax information section, use the 3-dot menu to add the information. You can find them quickly by entering your company’s name on the www.societe.com website.
Once done:
- Settings > Cash register > Cash register allows you to create a new cash register by simply giving it a name. You can also add a description, which helps you identify the cash register more easily if you have multiple registers associated with the system.
- A pop-up window opens.
- Fill in the requested details.
This register is created in compliance with French law. Until final activation, the register status will remain Open.
An invitation email will be sent to you on our partner Fiskaltrust's platform, where you can confirm your entered data. Click on the link in the email to create a password. Once done, you’ll find a document (PosOperator) to read and sign. After signing, the register will be set up and activated.
Select the register
If you previously had a non-compliant register, go to the Sales menu to switch to the compliant register as soon as it’s activated by FiskalTrust. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner, then on Select a cash register. Here, click on the name of your compliant register. The switch is complete!
Compliant cash register costs
The cost of this compliant register is:
- €12.99 per month for the Free plan. This additional cost will be automatically and immediately added to your subscription. The minimum subscription duration is one month.
- Included starting from the Basic plan.
Install a receipt printer
If you have one, you can install a receipt printer.
Under the “Receipt printer” menu, add all the receipt printers used in the system, which will then be linked to existing registers. Depending on your printer, different connection options are available.
- USB
- WebPrint/IP
- Bluetooth
Note: If you’re using an iPad or tablet to make sales, you’ll need a Bluetooth printer for the receipt.
