Your sales are listed below in a detailed view. Here you can change the displayed period and also the grouping of the data (by day, week, month or year). To present your revenues even more clearly, we have structured them into three groups: Revenue from posts and sales, Revenue from fees and Revenue Deductions .
Revenue from fees and sales
This includes all sales that you generate from contributions or sales of goods or services. On the one hand, this includes the membership fees, flat rates, additional modules, rest period fees and starter packages. On the other hand, however, there are also sales of products and services, revenue from empties and - under additional revenue - manually entered claims and debiting of credit in the member account.
Revenue from Fees
In this category, you will find all transactions from return debit fees, dunning fees and other fees, such as address determination fees and damages/compensations.
Revenue Deductions
This area includes all items that reduce your sales. These are receivable cancellations, reductions in receivables, credits, return of deposits and write-offs of receivables. Claim cancellations and reductions include all reductions in the various sales, such as cancellations and reductions in contributions, flat rates, additional modules, fees, but also sales of all kinds.
The small arrow to the left of the revenue group name collapses the category so you can see the subtotal. This can be helpful if you want to know how much revenue you've made from posts and sales. You can use the icon in the top left of the table to download the data as an Excel file and process it as you wish. The icon at the top right of the table gives you even more options for filtering your data or preparing it differently. This feature is especially useful if you want to view multiple studios at the same time.
Below the table, we have graphically displayed your sales again as a bar chart or line chart so that you can see at a glance how your sales are developing.
