How to add offers
If you want to add the offers for your classes, go to "Classes" from the main menu. This area is divided into two sections.
- Classes - overview of the current classes
- Administration - Administration of the classes
If you click on the Classes submenu under Administration, you can change or add your offers to a selected classe. Basically there are two options.
- Inclusive contingent for contracted customers
- Card offers
Inclusive contingent
If you click on the three-dot icon next to Inclusive Contingents for class customers, you can add the existing contingent offers to your class.
Inclusive contingents allow customers with certain rates, additional modules or codes to get a flat rate or a certain free quota (e.g. 2x month free).
Ticket offers
If you click on the three-dot menu next to the ticket offers, you can create a new card offer for your class.
You have the possibility to specify the usage details of your offer (single or multiple offer, price, duration and validity). This offer is visible in the sales menu where the ticket offer can be purchased or via the Branded Apps app.
