In order your cash register is used as a cash register, we keep a cash book in PerfectGym next for each of your created cash registers. So you can deposit money from any source into your cashbox and later trace back exactly how the deposits were made.
How do I make a deposit into my cash register?
In the Sales section you can select the Cash Deposit menu item from the three-dot menu.
In the pop-up that appears you can now specify all the parameters for depositing money into the cash register.
In addition to the amount of the deposit, you also have the option to specify a type for your deposit. For the types Money transit and Private the receipt text and the tax rate are automatically selected for you.
For the deposit type customized receipt text you can freely choose both the recept text and the tax rate.
This way you can easily enter all business transactions into the cash book.
Please remember: The cash book is completely audit-proof. Transactions stored here cannot be removed later!
