Overview and check of tasks
You want to create, manage, assign or give a due date to certain tasks in your studio? Welcome to the task management:
In the "Tasks" menu item, you will see all the created tasks that you have stored with the respective customer.
At this point, you can:

Check the task directly

Click on the name of the customer and go directly to the index sheet.

Mark the task as an important task by clicking on the star.
Under "My tasks" you can view all tasks that have been assigned to you. Under the tab "My group tasks" you can see all tasks that have been assigned to your work group or employee competence group.
Below that you will find "Studio tasks", which are intended for general work in the studio, as well as all tasks without an assignment.
To qualify a task, click on the line of the task, a side window will open (just like in the check-in area).
In the detail view of the task, you can manage the following:

Task text: here you can customize and add to the task text if needed.

Assignment type: You can assign the task to an employee or an employee competence.

Assignee: Assign the task to a person or an employee competence, depending on the previously made selection.

Due date: Do you want the task to be completed by a certain date? Here you can easily assign a due date to the task.

Execution: How exactly should the task be executed? Options:

Other
-
Call
-
Task at check-in
-
Letter
-
E-mail
-
Appointment
When you're done, all you have to do is save the task!

Note: To schedule recurring tasks is not available currently.
