Select employees
Where can I find the detailed view?
Via the item More / Resources in the main menu you can find all your employees under Employees / Overview. By clicking on a line in the employee overview you get a detailed view for the selected employee. In the detailed view you will find relevant information about a specific employee and you can easily edit it.

Master data
All the information about the employee is collected here. In addition to the name, gender, date of birth and personnel number, contact information such as phone number, e-mail and address can also be stored here. In addition, the photo or the color for the employee can also be determined in this widget. For automatic appointment allocation, employee competencies (e.g. personal training) are assigned to the employee here. -
Employees scheduler
The working hours for the employee can be defined here. Within the times specified here, the employee is thus available for automatic appointment allocation. -
Absences widget
Whether illness, vacation or further training - in this widget all absences of the employee are logged. These are also automatically synchronized with the appointment allocation. -
Access data widget
Each employee can have their own access to the Perfect Gym Next application and, depending on the rights set, schedule appointments, operate the cash register or check in members.
