Step 1: Check Login Credentials and Permissions
Make sure the employee is using the correct login credentials (username and password). Also check if the employee has the necessary permissions to access the system. This can be verified in the More / Resources section under Employees / Roles.
Step 2: Check the Status of the Employee Account
Ensure that the employee's account is active. A deactivated account cannot perform logins. You can view this in More / Resources / Employees under Overview.
Step 3: Reset Password
If the employee is unable to log in, reset the password. This can be done via the employee account in the Access Data / Reset Password section. The employee should then receive an email with a link to reset the password.
Step 4: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
Sometimes issues can be caused by stored data in the browser. Clear the browser cache and cookies and then try logging in again. This can be done in the browser settings under Privacy and Security / Clear Browsing Data.
