How to check the default settings of a class
You find class management in the main menu under Classes. It has two submenus:
- Class scheduling contains the Class schedule with the planned sessions of your classes.
- Administration contains Classes, Class packages and Settings.
To check the default settings of a class, go to Classes / Administration / Classes. All your existing classes are listed there. Click the class you want to check.
The detail view of a class has three tabs:
- Scheduling: the planned sessions of the class.
- Administration: the default settings of the class, such as included contingents, ticket offers, booking and cancellation rules and restrictions.
- Online booking: the settings for booking the class online.
Open the Administration tab. Each group of settings is shown as its own card, for example Included contingent for members, Ticket offers or Booking & reversal conditions.

Details of the individual configuration options
The Administration tab contains the following cards. Some cards are only shown for certain classes.
- Included contingent for members: lets you include the class in rates, codes or additional modules, so members can use it without paying separately. Click Add included contingent to create one. This card is not shown when the class is set to Bookable for free under Booking options.
- Ticket offers: lets you create tickets for the class that customers can buy, for example a 10-session pack. Click Add ticket offer to create one. This card is not shown when the class is set to Bookable for free under Booking options.
- Booking & reversal conditions: sets the rules for booking and cancelling, for example the maximum number of future bookings, the free cancellation deadline, the earliest and latest booking time, appointment reminders and how no-shows are handled.
- Device connection: sets the Base price and what happens when a member without an included contingent uses the class: Debt claim in member account for payment run or Do not allow use of service. To change it, click Edit price configuration in the three-dot menu of the card.
- Restrictions: limits who can book the class and when. You can set a Facility restriction, an Age restriction, an Opening hours category restriction or time restrictions. Click Add time restriction to add a time restriction. This option is only available when no opening hours category is assigned to the class.
