Training plans can also be exported as a PDF file in the new PerfectGym Next Training World for subsequent printing.
Exporting an individual training plan as a PDF file
To export a member's training plan, select the desired member and go to the Training plans NEW section in the menu under Training. Click on the training plan to get to the detailed view. There you can view all the information of the plan (training plan details, included exercises, etc.) again. Now click on Export as PDF in the three-item menu. The training plan will be automatically downloaded as a PDF file. You can then rename it or print it.
Exporting a catalog plan as a PDF file
If you want to print a training plan from your training plan catalog, you can also do this via an exported PDF file. To do this, go to More / Training world / Training plans / Training plan catalog, select the desired plan and use the three-dot menu in the list view or on the training plan detail page. Click on Export as PDF and the catalog plan will automatically be downloaded so that you can print it out.
Note that a catalog plan does not show individual parameters (such as weight for exercises). Here the members can enter their values independently after the printout.
