1. Studio receives a monthly invoice for Finion Pay.
2. Members receive invoices for their payments if set up by the studio.
3. Automatic invoice creation must be enabled for automatic invoices.

Monthly invoice for the studio

The studio receives a monthly invoice from us for the payments processed via Finion Pay (App store / Finion Pay / Invoices or Settings / Finion Pay / Invoices / Show invoices).

Enable automatic invoice creation

In order for invoices to be created for payments made by members using credit card payment runs, automatic invoice creation must be enabled.

To create a invoice configuration, navigate to Settings / Invoicing / Invoice configuration / Create invoice configuration and activate it in the end. For more details, read this article.

If the automatic creation of invoices is not enabled, no automatic invoices will be generated.
