- Open the member profile: Go to Members / Member Overview
- Check the new text display: Read the informative text on outstanding payments in the balance widget.
- Use the payment link: The payment link is now directly visible and clickable.
- Open the Finion Capital Customer Portal: Click the new direct link to view the member’s outstanding payments.
Informative Text for Outstanding Payments
The balance widget now displays an informative text when a member has outstanding payments with Finion Capital / MemberCash. This text helps your staff quickly understand the situation and respond effectively to member inquiries.
Visible Payment Link to Encourage Usage
Previously, the payment link for members was hidden in the three-dot menu. Now, it is directly visible in the widget, making it easier for members to settle their outstanding fees. This improves the collection rate and simplifies payment management. Simply click on Send payment information to member to enable the payment process.
Please note that outstanding payments in MemberCash cannot be settled at the studio.
Direct Access to the Finion Capital Customer Portal
A new clickable link in the balance widget leads directly to the Finion Capital Customer Portal. The member number is automatically pre-filtered, allowing staff to quickly access all relevant information on outstanding payments—without manual searching. Simply click on the Outstanding Payments MemberCash entry.
