Accessing the Multi-Release Function
To use the multi-release function, navigate to:
Settings → Studio → Multi-Release
Creating a Multi-Release Job
- Click on "Create Multi-Release" to start the process.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to:
- Add a description for the job.
- Select the service type you want to execute.
- Choose the type of multi-release:

Read, Write, or Delete

- Select the affected studios.
- Click "Create" to execute the job. A summary of the task will be displayed on the page.
- If you wish to add another job, click "Create & Add Another", which will take you back to the beginning of the process.
Example Options for Multi-Release
Here are some example options you can select for multi-release:
- Employee Competencies
- Companies
- Corporate Discounts
- Membership Voucher
- Credits
- Contractual Discounts
Note on Deleting Multi-Releases
If you delete the multi-release for all studios, the entity will remain in the last studio of the job, as this function is not designed for complete deletion of entities.
Undoing a Job
There is no direct way to undo a multi-release job. If a job was executed incorrectly, you must manually correct the changes through a new multi-release and reapply the desired configuration.
