In this article, you will learn how to export the personal data of your members.
This article describes the privacy data export under Settings / Studio / Privacy policy / Data export, which collects the personal data of your members. It is not the same as the configuration export under Settings / Data transfer / Export, which exports studio configuration data and contains no member data. If you are looking for your studio configuration, use that second path instead.

Quick Guide
- Go to Settings / Studio / Privacy policy / Data export.
- Open the three-dot menu on the right and select Export request.
- Download the file as soon as it has been created.
What is the data export?
The data export collects all data of your members from the software and makes it available in a clear structure. The most important information includes:
- Master data (address, member number, name, first name, profile picture, bank, BIC, IBAN, SEPA mandate reference)
- Contract information (contract type, term, cancellation period, start and end of contract, rest periods, invoices)
- All documents as PDF, such as:
- SEPA mandates
- Contracts
- Attached PDF
- Listing of account postings, including credit balance and installment plans
- Listing of appointments
- Listing of communication between studio and member
- Vouchers and benefits (e.g. free sessions, trial offers)
- Check-in and access media configuration, including data retention settings
- Anamnesis and check-up records, if collected
- No-show penalties
- Referral information
- Activity timeline for the member account
For the sake of clarity, not all data is listed here.
How can I request a data export?
In the software, go to Settings / Studio / Privacy policy / Data export. There you see an overview of the export files already created for the studio you are currently logged in to.
Via the three-dot menu on the right side, you can request a new export.
What happens after the export request?
Since the export aggregates all your members' data, it may take some time to compile. You can check the status of your export in the overview at any time.
- Waiting for processing: if several studios have requested exports at the same time, your request is queued and processed in a timely manner.
- Generated: your data has been compiled and is ready for download.
Due to the size of this export file, your export might be split into several parts. You have 30 days after completion to download the file. If the 30 days have expired and you need a new export, simply request it again.
