Order Card Terminal in the App Store
To order a card terminal, go to the App Store and then proceed to Payments. Click on Order Card Terminal at the top right.
Now fill out the form and click Confirm.
What to do if a Card Terminal has a defect?
If one of your card terminals is defective, you can easily exchange it. Just write to our Customer Service via email.
Please provide us with the information on the following points in the email:
- Detailed description of the problem
- Serial number of the defective terminal
- Address for the exchange (where the device will be picked up and the new device delivered)
- Name, email, and phone number of the local contact person
- Studio address (for correct assignment of the terminal to the deployment location)
You will then receive a return label for the defective device and a new card terminal will be sent to you.
Cancel Card Terminal
If you want to cancel a card terminal, please write to our customer service via email at mlpayments@magicline.com. You will then receive a return label and as soon as the terminal has arrived at our place, the rental payment will stop.
