What are member lists and what are their benefits?
A member list is a collection of members that meet certain conditions. These member lists are a useful tool for serial letters and serial mails. For this purpose, it is useful to create two different member lists to reach your members by e-mail or by ePost.
How do I create a member list?
In the main menu, go to Members. Then click, at the bottom of the submenu, on "Create new list".
For sending messages it is useful to create two member lists. One for all active members with a stored email address and the other for active members without a stored email address.
IMPORTANT: In any case create a criterion about member status is equal to member to see only the active members.
How does the OR and the AND work ?
