In the member profile you can record a communication entry, set a reminder, assign a responsible employee and choose the communication channel, including Ticket. This keeps member interactions documented and easy to report on.

The Communication area
Open a member and go to the Communication area. Here you can keep track of contact with the member: set a reminder, assign a responsible employee, and record communication entries with a subject, content and an optional attachment.
Record a communication entry
- Open the member and go to Communication, then choose File communication to open the Record communication dialog.
- Enter a subject and content, and add an attachment if needed.
- Choose the Communication channel, set the direction (incoming or outgoing) and save.
Communication channels
The communication channel categorises the entry. Available channels include Phone, Conversation, Email, Letter, Text message, Fax, Other, App and Ticket. Choose Ticket for communication that was handled as a ticket, so ticket-based interactions are logged cleanly and reporting stays accurate.
