How to edit the dunning run of a member
In the member overview you can quickly and easily exclude members from the dunning runs. To do this, open the three-point menu in the member's account balance tile. There you will find the menu item Activate/Deactivate Dunning Stop.
After selecting the Activate Dunning Stop option, a pop-up window will appear. You can choose to stop dunning indefinitely by selecting the Unlimited option or set a specific end date by choosing the Limited option.
After confirming the dunning stop, the affected members will not be included in future dunning runs. As soon as the dunning stop is deactivated again, the members will be considered again.
Tip: Create a filter list to keep track of members in the dunning stop. To help you keep track of your members in the collection freeze, we have provided you with a dunning freeze filter. Simply create a new list with the dunning stop filter and keep track of them.
