General
You can temporarily pause or disable your loyalty program - both options are available at any time.
Note: We advise you not to use these options lightly, as this could affect the credibility of the program and cause disappointment among your members.
Paused programs can be reactivated or deactivated. Deactivated programs can be reactivated.
Note: You can only have one active loyalty program at the same time. In this context, paused programs count as active.
Pause loyalty program
During a pause, the loyalty program is still active, but it is not visible to your members.

The details of the program are not displayed during the "pause", but the credit points are saved for each member

Joining the loyalty program is not possible during the break

"Collecting" new points is also not possible

Configuration updates can be made at any time during the breaks
To pause your loyalty program, please go to your PerfectGym Next and click on Branded App / loyalty program. Then click on the overview in the three-point menu of the corresponding program on Pause customer loyalty program and confirm your selection.
End the pause
End the pause to display the customer loyalty program again.

Active members can access the program and see their points again

New points are calculated according to the current program configuration

New members can join the program
Ending the pause is also done through the three-dot menu.
Deactivate loyalty program
When you deactivate a loyalty program, the configuration of the program is kept, but the rest is deleted.

All participants will be removed from the program

All points and rewards will be deleted and cannot be restored

If you reactivate the loyalty program, all former participants have to join the program again
To pause your loyalty program, please go to your PerfectGym Next and - just like in the two examples before - click on Branded App / loyalty program. Then click in the overview in the three-point menu of the corresponding program to Deactivate loyalty program and confirm your selection.
Please note: After deactivating the loyalty program, all points and rewards will be deleted and cannot be restored for this or any other program.
