How can I join a loyalty program?
To join the program, you have to be connected to your studio through the Branded app or Branded web.
If the studio has an active loyalty program, you will see a teaser in your Branded app. If you can't find the teaser on the main page, go to Self-Service. There you will see a push with a notification about the registration.
When will my points be added to my account?
We calculate the points in real time. This means that the points for an activity will appear on the member's account only moments after the activity is completed.
How can I exchange my points for a reward?
You don't have to worry about that. When you reach the next level with your points, you will automatically receive your reward. You will also be notified about your success. And your reward is already waiting for you - in the Reward tab in the overview.
