Booking via the Classes menu
There are basically two ways to book a class for a member in the Class menu. Go to Classes in the main menu and then click on Class Schedule.
- Select the plus button next to the desired class and fill in the member's text box. Please remember to click the Book Appointment button at the end of the process.
- Or click on Book Appointment in the upper right area. In the window that opens, fill in the Member text box and select a class from the dropdown menu. Then click the Book Appointment button.
Booking via the member account
It is possible to book a class via the member profile.
To do this, go to your Members via the main menu and search for the member there. Enter the name of your member here and then click on his profile.
In the overview menu you will find a tile for the current dates of the member. If you click on the three-dot menu and then on "Book class", you can create a new appointment for the class.
