In this article, you will learn how to register a new lead in the system,from opening the lead form to completing custom lead questions. Leads are potential clients and play a key role in your sales process. This guide shows you how to quickly and efficiently add new leads.

Open the lead creation form
To create a new lead, go to the Leads section in the main menu and click on Create Lead in the top-right corner. This will open a form where you can enter the lead's details.
Enter personal data
In the form, you can now fill in the lead’s personal information:
- First Name & Last Name
- Gender (select from dropdown)
- Birthday
- Phone number & Email address
- Address (Street, House Number, ZIP code, City, Country)
- Notes – add any important remarks
- Campaign – assign a campaign if the lead came through a specific marketing channel
Try to complete as many fields as possible to ensure a detailed lead profile.
Complete custom lead questions
Below the standard fields, you’ll find custom lead questions (if previously set up). These questions can be defined via:
Settings / Leads / Additional Information
They allow you to gather additional, business-specific data relevant to your lead management process — such as fitness goals, preferred contact times, or source of interest. The fields shown here depend entirely on your setup.
Once all fields are filled in, click Next to proceed with the lead registration.
