Locations — add a new Location — this is how it works
- Go to More / Resources / Locations / Overview
- Click on Add Location
Introduction of feature of Location setting up
Thanks to the Location feature all areas, rooms and buildings can be categorized and be added to your Perfect Gym Next which should be part of your resource planning (services, dates, classes). This action allows you to configure appointments with a required Location and define the Location of your classes.
How to create a location category
You can find Location management in the main menu under More / Resources.
This part, divided into 5 sections (Employees, Time Tracking, Shifts, Equipment, and Locations)
If you click on Sub-menu Overview under Locations and then on Creating a location category button on the top right section, a new Location category can be easily created. Please add a name and then click on save button.
