How to create a trial session offer for members or prospects

Create a trial configuration

In the section Settings / Services / Trial-Session configuration all created trial offer configurations are listed. Use the toolbar to open the dialog for creating new trial offer configurations. Each trial offer configuration is given a specific name, a color and can be activated for several studios. A configuration can be unlocked for online booking, so that your prospects or members can book themselves in independently via Landing Pages.

 

As soon as you click on one of the configurations, you will see a detailed view of it. Here you have the possibility to adjust the stored values and to add classes or appointments.

Customize your trial offer configuration

In the settings of the "Lead's data" you can adjust the behavior of the fields that should be queried during the booking. You have the possibility to define fields as mandatory or optional, or to hide the fields completely.

In the settings of the "Further data" you can adjust the behavior of the booking conditions. For example, you can set how often a member/prospect can book in a certain period of time, whether your offer is generally available for prospects and/or members or whether your offer needs a booking confirmation or not. If you expect a booking confirmation, the interested lead/member has to confirm the booking again. If he does not do this in the set time period, the member will be automatically removed from the appointment.

 

Add classes or appointments to your trial offer configuration

Under the tab "Configuration" you can assign classes and appointments to your configuration. Assigned appointments / classes can be booked later accordingly via the trial offer contingent.

Appointments and classes can only be added individually to a trial offer configuration.

As soon as you have made all the necessary settings, your members or leads can complete the booking via Landing Pages or App, or your employees can book the leads / members directly into appointments or classes via PerfectGym Next.
