When can invalid or missing SEPA mandates occur during a payment run?
If you use our SEPA contribution management service MemberCash, the data is automatically transferred to the bank by our service provider, Finion during the payment run. If a member's SEPA mandate is invalid or missing, the amount cannot be collected.
What happens in case of invalid or missing SEPA mandates during the payment run?
If a contribution cannot be collected due to an invalid SEPA mandate, a task is automatically created in PerfectGym Next. You can find this task in the Tasks section of your PerfectGym Next.
With a click on the corresponding task, you can see more details about the invalid SEPA mandate.
How do I create a new, correct SEPA mandate?
To create a new SEPA mandate for the respective member, go to Members in your PerfectGym Next and select the respective member. In the "Payment method" tile, you can then add new bank details and request the corresponding SEPA mandate by email.
