Introduction
You can import bank statements from your online banking directly in PerfectGym Next. This can be applied to bank transfers coming from your members or revere postings in case you are using SEPA direct debit.
PerfectGym Next supports the direct import of bank statements in the CAMT.053-Standard as XML-files. Please request that file at your bank.
Overview
Navigate in PerfectGym Next to Finance / Finance / Bank transactions. Clicking on the tab Import shows for the selected locations the previously imported files. The status indicates, whether PerfectGym Next was able to read the file. If the status does not show Success, please ensure that your bank provided you with a CAMT.053 file, try again, or reach out to our customer support.
Importing files
To import one or multiple bank statements, navigate in PerfectGym Next to Finance / Finance / Bank transactions and click on Import bank statements at the top right of your PerfectGym Next.
If your user account has access to more than one studio, you can select the studios which the bank statement should be applied to, i.e. you have multiple studios running on one bank account.
You can select one or more bank statements from your PC by clicking on select file or by dragging the files into your PerfectGym Next.
Click Save to upload the files.
Once imported, you may see a number in the brackets indicating your open tasks to solve. This happens when reverse postings or bank transfers cannot automatically be assigned to a member.
Clicking Open tasks will lead to the tasks area, where you can manually assign the transactions in question to your members.
Click on Assign to choose the member who has made the bank transfer or reverse posting.
