Appointment calendar - Navigation
First, go to Appointments in your PerfectGym Next. To navigate the calendar, use the arrows and the small calendar in the upper left corner. On the top right you can switch between different views: Day, Week, Month, List, Personal, Location, Devices.
Configure Appointment Calendar
To configure the calendar, click on the "Settings" icon in the top center.
Here, you can make the following configurations:
- Row height (per hour): Select here whether the lines per hour should be displayed in normal height or halved, so that more lines can be seen on the screen at the same time.
- Start and end time: Select the time - which the calendar should start and end.
- Color scheme: Here you have the classic color scheme and a lighter one. There is also an option to display past appointments in a dimmed way.
- Week start: Select here on which day of the week should start in the week view.
- Staff view: If you activate this option, only staff members who are scheduled for this day will be displayed in the staff view. If you leave the option disabled, all employees will be displayed.
Appointment filter
Use the appointment filter on the left to filter for appointments of specific members. Use the search field to search for the name of the members. Here, you can also select multiple members.
In addition, you have several options for predefined filters on the left-hand side too. Choose to filter status of appointments, search for Employees, specific classes etc.
Create appointments
Click on the "plus" symbol in the upper center to add new appointments, trial trainings and classes.
