Adjustable Usage Periods for Contingent Purchases in PerfectGym Next

In this article, you will learn: How to configure adjustable usage periods for contingent purchases in PerfectGym Next. This feature allows you to define how long a contingent is valid, including customization for different time frames (minutes, hours, etc.).

Steps covered:

• Navigate to the "Services" Settings page
• Open the contingent purchase Settings
• Set the adjustable usage periods

Fast lane:

1. Log in to PerfectGym Next.
2. Go to Settings / Services.
3. Click on the Service, you want to edit.
4. Select the Device connection tile
5. use the three-dot menu to Edit the price configuration
6. Choose the desired period type (e.g., Fixed Period, Whole day).
7. Select the Period Unit (e.g., minutes, hours, etc.).
8. Confirm your changes by clicking Save.

Navigate to "Services" Settings Page

Once logged in to PerfectGym Next, you will need to navigate to the Services Settings page. Use the following steps:

1. From the main dashboard, go to the Settings section in the sidebar.
2. Click on Services from the menu options available.

This will bring you to the page where contingent purchases can be configured.

Open Contingent Purchases Tab

To configure contingent purchases:

1. Within the Services section, select the service where you want to add the usage period
2. locate the Device Connection tile.
3. Click on the three-dot menu to edit or create a new one 

Set Adjustable Usage Periods

To set the adjustable usage periods:

1. Once in the Edit price configuration Settings, you will see an option to choose between different period types, including Fixed Period and Whole day
2. Define the period unit by selecting from the dropdown (e.g., Minutes, Hours, etc.).

Save the Settings

Once you have adjusted the usage period settings to your requirements, click Save to confirm the changes.
