How do I find my communication center?
In the main menu of your system, you can find your communication center under the "Communication" menu item in the submenu.
An overview of all individual messages (letters, emails, SMS, app notifications) is displayed in your system's communication center. The submenu shows you the different tabs that represent various processing statuses, from draft to error.
What can I find in the communication center?

Sent
Messages that you have successfully sent via email or manually marked as sent will be displayed in this view.
Outbox
If you have approved a message for email delivery and it is currently being processed by our mailing service, you will find it in this list. At this stage, you still have the option to cancel the sending process.
Drafts
All messages you create for a member but do not want to send immediately can be found in this tab.
Archive
Any messages that you no longer need in focus can be moved to the archive, where they will be stored permanently for you.
Error
Sometimes errors can occur when sending emails (e.g., incorrect recipient address), which are then displayed here as a red number next to the menu item. The list contains all failed messages without exception, allowing you to correct and resend them at any time.
