Fast lane
- Custom Support Page: Set an individual support page link in the Brand Configurator. If no link is provided, the default Help Center remains the fallback.
- Password Validation for Email Changes: Enter your password when changing or adding/removing an email address to enhance security.
Custom Support Page for Branded Apps
Branded app customers can now replace the default Help Center link with their own support page. This setting can be configured in the Brand Configurator, ensuring a consistent brand experience for app users.
How it works:
- Go to the Brand Configurator in Magicline.
- Enter the URL of your support page.
- Save the changes.
If no custom link is provided, the app will continue to display the default Help Center as the fallback option. This change applies to both the branded app and the branded website.
Password Validation for Email Address Changes
To enhance security, users must now enter their password when updating their primary email address or managing additional email addresses.
What’s new?
- When changing the primary email, users must confirm the change by entering their password.
- The same validation applies when adding or removing an additional email address.
This ensures an extra layer of protection and prevents unauthorized changes.
